Nominations Open for Centurion Award

Do you know a Lacrosse Hero? Should someone you know be recognised for their work in lacrosse?

Every two years the Centurion Lacrosse Club recognises an individual for exceptional meritorious service to lacrosse in the UK. Previous winners have been recognised for: exceptional performance as a player, long term leadership of a club, expansion of lacrosse in a new area, significant development of a club over several years, successful coaching to bring a team to a higher level of achievement. But this list is not exhaustive.

If you know someone that should be recognised we are asking for your nominations.

We require a written summary of the individual’s service. This needs to be signed by three supporters and sent to Rob Collinge by email to or posted to 12 Walsingham, St John's Wood Park, London NW8 6RG by 29 February 2016.

If you require more information on what to include or how to nominate please contact Rob at or message us on Facebook.

Successful winners of a Centurion Award will be invited to join us as a guest at our dinner at The House of Lords on 24 June 2016 where they will be presented with an engraved silver salver and a framed citation.

All nominations will be considered by the Centurion Lacrosse Club which may ask for further information or verification. The Club has absolute discretion in selecting the successful candidates and will not enter into any discussion or correspondence with any official bodies or individuals concerning the selection.
